How we collect, use, store and protect the information you share with us.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, company and anything you choose to write when you contact Konvect Media. We also collect a limited set of technical information automatically, including browser type, device category, referring page and the pages you view on this site.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information. Please do not send account credentials, payment card details or identity documents by email.
How we use information
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver services you engage us for, and to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations. Technical information is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site fast and secure.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it. Any marketing email you receive from us is one you asked for, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.
Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business — email hosting, analytics, advertising platforms and infrastructure providers — and only to the extent required for them to perform that function. Each is bound by confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. We will tell you when that happens unless we are prohibited from doing so.
Data retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twenty-four months. Records relating to an engagement are retained for seven years after it ends, in line with the record-keeping obligations that apply to us.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose. Requests are answered within thirty days and cost nothing.
